Take the Sustainability Pledge

At Scholar’s International Group (SIG) our mission is to incorporate sustainable living into our school’s daily operations. We have created a lineup of CSR initiatives and sustainable development goals to ensure we fulfill our journey to help heal the world.

Let us all take our own small but actionable steps to leave the world a better place for our children.

Climate Change

The window to avoid climate catastrophe is closing rapidly. We must take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts. Please select how you plan to make an impact for a more sustainable future

1. I pledge to: *

Help decrease water consumption by being mindful of keeping water running when cleaning hands, teeth, dishes etc... taking shorter showers.Help decrease electricity consumption by turning off home/office/classroom lights and air conditioning when not in use. Set thermostats at 24 and use fans to regulate temperature. Keep doors to the outside closedCarpool with a friend or colleague to work/school. Use bus transportation if feasible.Recycle everything that can be recycled whether using the recycling bins in the school wings or at the School Recycling Center in the car park.Always bring reusable food containers, utensils, mugs, and tumblers inside the school premises to promote reducing waste, instead of using plastics or non-biodegradable materials.Use a reusable water bottle instead of buying plastic bottled water.Go paperless and encourage digital documentation to lessen the consumption of paper.Encourage, incorporate and model sustainable habits.
