Founded in 1976, Dubai Scholars Private School was built to serve the primary care needs of the early expatriate population. Scholars International Academy was opened in 2007 in response to a growing Sharjah market. Clarion, was opened in 2016 to introduce progressive education to the GCC region. Our newest addition, Early Explorers Nursery, is located within the Al Zahia community in Sharjah. All our schools have cemented their place as category leaders, which reflects the hard work and culture that every stakeholder is aligned to.

With a diverse portfolio of business lines, we empower individuals and communities to flourish in various spheres of life. Through our global tutoring platform, iXCEL, we connect students worldwide to exceptional educational opportunities. Premier Padel offers top-notch courts and coaching for padel enthusiasts. The Sports Academy revolutionizes fitness, and through Hudson FSM, we forge partnerships with esteemed institutions in the UAE, providing exceptional facilities.

Currently, we are working on expanding our footprint in the GCC and India.
